Club Day and AGM update

We have had to change venue and times for our AGM and Club Day.

Where:  Westburn School - a classroom 
             257 Waimairi Rd
             Ilam

Date: Sunday 10 April

AGM time: 9.30am

Gear Pick up, pay subscriptions and buy/sell uniforms from 10am until 1pm. 
If you are unable to attend to pick up your jacket and backpack, then please make arrangements for someone else to pick up on your behalf. You will still be responsible for returning the gear at the end of the season. Subscriptions can be paid by direct credit, ensure the player name and grade is entered as a reference.

Thank you all for attending trials. We are working on final team compositions and you will be contacted about your practice sessions. It would be appreciated if you wait until at least Monday Apr 11 before asking us what is happening with you and your team. It takes some time to get the coaches allocated, who then need some time to make contact and arrange a practice session. We will email you to confirm your place in a team, expect before the end of this week
