2018 Prizegiving

We have finished the Championship Round and head into Semi Finals next week - 25 August.  Congratulations to the C, F, L, N, R and JB teams who will contest semi finals. Lets get out and support them!

It is time to celebrate the 2018 season and this year we have chosen to do it a little differently. Our events will be held at the HIGH SCHOOL OLD BOYS Rugby Clubrooms inside Hagley Park, opposite the Botanical Gardens entrance off Riccarton Ave.

Junior Prizegiving is for teams U12 to U17

When:    Saturday 1 September 2018, doors open 4pm, finish by 5:30pm

Where:    HSOB RFC Clubrooms, 10 Riccarton Avenue

Cost:    No cost to players

There will be pizza, fries, and awards. Everyone is encouraged to dress up and enjoy. The theme this year is - Colour. Choose a colour and be creative. Players will be issued with a drinks voucher (soft drink or orange juice), plus water will be available. Can you let us know about any special food requirements in the next week. Only the team members will be supplied with food, but food and drinks will be available for purchase for anyone else.

Senior Prizegiving is for teams from U19, 2nd, SenRes, Prem and Skillwise

When:      Saturday 1 September 2018, doors open 6:30, awards start 7pm.

Where:     HSOB RFC Clubrooms, 10 Riccarton Avenue

Cost:         $20 to be paid online by 31 August, reference your name

For your money you will get food and one drink voucher (wine/beer/soft). 

Returning Gear

ALL players are required to return their jacket to their Coach or Manager as soon as possible, in clean condition. Any player not returning their gear will be considered non-financial and will be ineligible to play netball in 2019 for any club until the gear is returned in good condition or satisfactory reimbursement is made to Technical Netball Club.  You will be charged the current replacement cost $62 for jackets. Teams that were supplied with dresses should ensure these are returned in a clean condition to the Coach or Manager.

Coaches/Managers should return the team jackets and the team gear bag, to HSOB clubrooms at Prizegiving. Ensure the bibs are clean and the gear bag cleaned out. It is quite surprising the extra stuff that gets returned.  This can be returned earlier, to Raewyn Pope at 18 Beatrice Place, Avonhead, before 1 September.
